POOL RULES

Pool Rules

By following a few simple rules regarding hygiene and safety, we can all enjoy a better experience in and around the pool.

Arrive and be ready 5 minutes before your lesson starts. Our classes run back-to-back, so it’s important to be on-time to ensure you don’t miss the start, or delay others.

Shower First
Everyone who gets in the pool, including parents in assisted infant classes, should take a moment to get clean before entering the water. It’s not that we think you are dirty, but you can never be too clean.

Stay away if you have been sick
We all know how quickly kids can pass bugs onto one another, but did you know you can remain contagious even after symptoms disappear? If you need to miss a lesson due to sickness, you can contact us to arrange a make up class.

No food or drinks in or around the pool
By all means eat and drink in the car either side of your lesson, but please don’t bring food or drink into the indoor centre. Bins placed in the change rooms are for nappies only.

No running or jumping. It’s common sense not to run on a wet surface, so please make sure you and your kids maintain a walking pace only around the pool. Oh, and don’t jump. Always enter the water with care for yourself and for others.

Respect Others
At Pod Squad, we thrive on an encouraging and supportive environment. Always show respect and support to other members of our swim club.
