Pool Rules
Participants and spectators visiting Pod Squad, must adhere to our pool rules.
 
Make-Up Lessons
There may be a time when your child misses a class due to illness. We allow 1 make-up lesson per term if your child is sick. If you would like to arrange a make-up-lesson due to a missed class, please contact us.
 
Credit of fees towards future lessons
Credit for future terms will only be given if advised before the commencement of terms. An example would be, if your child injured themselves and they had to miss multiple lessons before they could re-enter the pool. Please contact us and ask that the cost of the missed lesson(s) would be credited to a future term.
 
Refunds
We do not give refunds for lessons paid in advance, whether you are sick, on holidays and or you decide to pull out of lessons part way through a paid period. Please refer to the above information regarding make-up lessons.
 
Cancelled Lessons
In the unlikely event that the pool is closed, or lessons are cancelled at the fault of Pod Squad, you will be given a

credit towards the following term for the same amount as the class missed.
